Amber Sigman is a freelance photojournalist who specializes in editorial, travel, portraiture, and wedding photography. She has traveled to more than 20 countries, and has taught photography both regionally and internationally. She spent three months backpacking in Thailand and Laos and another three months living in Alaska while working on a photo documentary. She also taught photography classes to affluent students traveling from the USA to Southeast Asia, along with child survivors of abuse and neglect living in Louisville, Ky., in effort to boost their self-esteem through the arts.
